Mocha Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk 120g
    • Cacao powder 1/2 tbsp
    • Shot warm espresso 1/2
    • Vanilla extract 1/16 tsp
    • Cinnamon 1/8 tsp
    • Banana, sliced 1/2 
    • Walnuts, crushed 20g

Preparation

  • Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice.
  • Mix milk, cacao powder, and espresso.
  • Add mixture to container and top with vanilla bean, banana, and walnuts.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Wake up and enjoy!
