Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Tinned Pineapple 50g
    • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

    • Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes until oats are thick and creamy.
    • Place 50g of pineapple chunks on top of the oats.
    • To finish, sprinkle with cinnamon for full flavour.
