Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Peanut Butter 1 teaspoon
    • Banana Medium sized

Preparation

    • Mix 40g of oats with water or milk and bring to the boil.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Remove from the heat and transfer to bowl.
    • Add a teaspoon of peanut butter.
    • Top with fresh banana and enjoy.
