Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi Skimmed Milk or Water 300ml
    • Blueberries 30g
    • Mixed Nuts 30g

Preparation

    • Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
    • Simmer until oats are thick and creamy.
    • Sprinkle blueberries on top of the creamed outs.
    • To finish top with mixed nuts and enjoy.
