Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
  • Banana, chopped 1/2
  • Dates 10g
  • Sunflower seeds 1 tsp
  • Pecan nuts 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
  4. Top with sunflower seeds, dates, banana and pecan nuts.
