Ingredients

  • 40g Quaker Jumbo Oats
  • 80g low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 25g low fat cream cheese
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 1tsp honey
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 4-5 sliced strawberries
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional topping: 1tsp crushed caramelised biscuit

Preparation

  1. Mix your Quaker Jumbo Oats with all your ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer your combined mixture into a container of your choice.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight and let the Jumbo Oats absorb all the delicious flavours.
  4. For an extra crunch, why not sprinkle with caramelised biscuit? Serve and enjoy!
