Ingredients

  • Quaker Rolled Oats (Or 1 OSS Original sachet) 40g
  • Unsweetened Coconut Yoghurt 250ml
  • Medium banana 1
  • Strawberries 14
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 1/2 tsp
  • Ice 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients including ice until it has reached desired thickness (if too thick, add water as required).
  2. Consume immediately, best served cold.
