Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 80g
  • Semi-skimmed milk 600ml
  • Ground ginger ½ tsp
  • Dried cranberries 15g
  • Crushed ginger biscuits 20g
  • Honey (optional) 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk with the ground ginger.
  2. Add the oats and simmer until thick and creamy.
  3. Split between two bowls and top with cranberries, crushed biscuits and honey (if desired)
