Ingredients

  • Quaker gluten free oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk 100ml
  • Mixed Pomegranate Seeds, Figs, Almonds and Chia seeds 40g

Preparation

  1. In the jar mix the oats and milk together.
  2. Top with a mix of pomegranate, seeds, figs, almonds, and chia seeds.
  3. Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. The magic happens overnight!
  5. In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
