Ingredients

  • Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
  • Water 240ml
  • Mango, chopped 1/2
  • Desiccated coconut 10g

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
  4. Top with mango and coconut.
