Golden Syrup, Cinnamon and Banana Porridge

Ingredients

  • Quaker Oat So Simple Sachet 1
  • Semi skimmed milk or water180ml
  • A ripe banana 1/2
  • Ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix milk or water and cinnamon in a microwavable jug.
  2. Add porridge sachet and stir well.
  3. Microwave for 2 mins or until cooked (make sure it doesn't boil over!).
  4. Slice the banana into 1/2 cm discs.
  5. Pour porridge into a bowl and place the banana slices on top of the hot porridge.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon for decoration and enjoy!
