Ingredients

  • Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
  • Water 240ml
  • Fresh apple, sliced 1
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of gluten-free oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
  2. Simmer for 4 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
  4. Top with the chopped apple
  5. Sprinkle over the cinnamon.
