Deliciously Ella's Vanilla & Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Vanilla powder 1 tsp
  • Chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • Low fat coconut yoghurt 3 tbsp
  • Unsweetened almond milk (or any other low fat or unsweetened pasteurised or UHT milk) 100ml
  • Berries to sprinkle on top 40g

Preparation

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar and add an air tight lid.
  3. Store the jar in the fridge (≤ 5°C) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. The magic happens overnight!
  5. In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
