Creamy Peach Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • Quaker Protein Oats original 1 sachet
  • natural low fat yoghurt 125g
  • skimmed milk 190ml
  • cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • vanilla extract ¼ tsp
  • almonds, chopped 10
  • Medium peach, chopped 1/2

Preparation

  1. Tip water into a small non-stick pan and stir in sachet of porridge oats. Simmer for 2 ½ minutes or until milk is absorbed. (If cooking in microwave, 2 ½ minutes on high)
  2. If the consistency is too thick, stir in a little more water.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and the yoghurt (save a spoonful for later).
  4. Transfer into a bowl, dollop on the last of the yoghurt.
  5. Top with the chopped peach and almonds.
