Ingredients

  • Quaker Gluten Free Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or unsweetened dairy alternative 120g
  • Chopped fresh peaches 90g
  • No-sugar-added peach fat free Greek yogurt or dairy alternative 120g
  • Chia seeds 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped pecans, toasted if desired 1 tbsp
  • Thin peach slices 3

Preparation

  1. Add oats to container.
  2. Pour in milk, then arrange peaches over oats.
  3. Stir chia seeds and cinnamon into yogurt. Layer over peaches.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  5. Top with pecans and peach slices.
