Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Reduced sugar blueberry jam 1 tbsp
  • Lemon rind 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
  • Blueberry 45g

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and layer blueberry jam, blueberries, vanilla, and lemon rind.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  3. Enjoy when you wake!
