Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 40g
  • Banana sliced 1/2
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Low fat Greek yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp
  • Pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
  • Walnuts, chopped 20g

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
  2. Layer Greek yogurt, bananas, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla on top and sprinkle with walnuts.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  4. Enjoy in the morning!
