Apricot, Cinnamon, Apple, and Pumpkin Seed Porridge

Ingredients

  • Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
  • Semi skimmed milk or water 240ml
  • Apricots, chopped 20g
  • Red Apple, chopped 1/2
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix 40g of gluten free oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
  4. Top with chopped apricots, cinnamon, apple and pumpkin seeds.
