Ingredients

  • Quaker Oats 45g
  • Semi skimmed milk 120g
  • Strawberries, blueberries or apples, chopped 90g

Preparation

  1. Add Quaker® Oats to your 3 containers, pour in milk, and add sliced strawberries, blueberries or apples.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge (≤ 5˚C) to chill for minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  3. Enjoy in the morning!
