Hi Chris,
I can’t find a phone number or an e-mail address for you at Quaker oats so I hope you don’t mind asking my question here:
I am the only one (I know there is always one) amongst my family and friends who eats Quaker oats cold, all I do is add cold mild and sugar, that’s it.
Everyone is now telling me I won’t benefit from having Quaker Oats unless I heat them with hot milk or micro wave them.
Is that true? Am I going to make myself ill eating them cold?
Let me know what you guys think, By the way they are superb cold

Hi Peter,
Don’t worry, you won’t make yourself ill…
In fact, you get the positive benefits from oats whether you eat them hot or cold, so carry on enjoying them however you wish!!
Thanks for getting in touch.
Chris
