Quaker Recipes
Spicy Lamb Burger
Serves 4-6
Real home made burgers flavoured with lamb, oats and spices. The Quaker Oats replace the bread crumbs and give a great texture and taste to these sweetly spiced burgers. The flavouring for these burgers originates from South Africa. Serve on toasted rustic baps with a lightly dressed crisp salad and finish with a generous dollop of fruit or tomato relish.

- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 11/2 tablespoons garam masala

- 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ciabatta baps
Crisp salad and favorite fruit chutney or relish to serve.
