Pear, peach & crushed almonds with whiskey and honey
Serves 2
You will need
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 ripe peach
- 50g shelled almonds
- Whiskey
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
Preparation
- Peel and core the pear and cut into chunks.
- Cut the peach in half, remove the stone and cut into chunks.
- Put the almonds into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.
- Arrange the prepared fruit over the bowls of cooked porridge, followed by the almonds.
- Add a glug of whiskey to taste and drizzle over the honey.
