Sunflower seeds, dates, bananas, pine kernels & pecan nuts
Serves 2
You will need
- 25g sunflower seeds
- 25g stoned dried dates, chopped
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 25g pine kernels
- 25g pecan nuts
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients together and scatter over the cooked porridge.
- Serve immediately.
